7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantyra Analytics Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, operational delays, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from platform usage shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
