Quantyra Analytics Private Limited ("Quantyra", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, operates the Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) platform 4Sight and its specialized modules, including Marketing4Sight (and upcoming modules Financial4Sight and People4Sight). This Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of our website, the 4Sight platform, and specifically the Marketing4Sight Expert Marketplace (the "Marketplace"), which connects independent marketing resources ("Marketing Experts") with subscriber brands ("Brand Clients").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the platform policies mandated by our integration partners, such as Meta Platforms, Inc. and LinkedIn Corporation.

1. Information We Collect

We limit our data collection to the minimum information necessary to provide a secure, AI-powered matching environment, process payments, and facilitate professional collaboration.

A. Information Collected from Marketing Experts

• Identity & Contact Data: Full name, personal or business email address, and mobile phone number.
• Social & Professional Graph Data: Public profile information, profile URLs, and secure OAuth access tokens when you choose to log in or sync credentials via LinkedIn or Meta APIs.
• Professional & Verification Credentials: Specific areas of marketing expertise (e.g., SEO, content creation, social media, photography), biographical summaries, portfolios, resumes, and certification documents.
• System-Generated Attributes: An automated capability and performance rating (ranging from 1 to 5 stars) calculated by our backend scoring algorithms.

B. Information Collected from Brand Clients

• Corporate Account Data: Full name of the authorized representative, business email address, corporate phone number, company name, industry sector, and billing/tax registration addresses.
• Project and Task Deliverables: Project briefs, granular task descriptions, deadlines, budget ranges, and structural attachments or media files.

C. Technical, Communication, and Financial Data (All Users)

• Communication Data: Real-time chat logs, text exchanges, file attachments, and metadata transmitted through our WebSocket-powered in-app quick-chat features.
• Financial Transaction Data: Transaction identifiers, escrow milestone parameters, payout amounts, and historical ledger entries. Note: Quantyra does not directly capture or store raw credit/debit card numbers; all transactions are managed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
• Technical Log Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, session cookies, and navigation paths.

2. Lawful Bases and Purposes of Data Processing

• Operate the Core Marketplace: Verify user identity, host public professional profiles, evaluate project requests, and match independent talent.
• Provide In-App Communications: Power the real-time quick-chat interface and route messages securely.
• Power the AI Profile Rating Engine: Run algorithmic scoring models that evaluate biographical text and experience levels.
• Secure Payment & Escrow Services: Manage payment processing, verify locked funds, and disburse payouts.
• Send System Notifications: Automate critical transactional communications via email, text, or push alerts.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We only disclose user data to third parties under the following limited conditions:

• Between Clients and Experts: Limited profile details and performance ratings are visible to authenticated Brand Clients.
• With Cloud and Infrastructure Providers: Hosted in highly secure, encrypted environments (e.g., AWS or GCP).
• With Payment Gateways: Routed to certified payment processing partners (e.g., Razorpay or Stripe).
• For Legal Compliance: Disclosed if strictly required by a valid legal order or statutory requirement under Indian law.

4. Meta and LinkedIn Platform Integration Compliance

When you choose to connect your Marketing4Sight account with Meta or LinkedIn APIs, we request access tokens solely to simplify registration. We comply fully with Meta's Data Use Restrictions and LinkedIn's Developer Policies. You retain absolute control and can revoke API access tokens at any time.

5. Data Retention and Anonymization

• Account & Profile Data: Maintained as long as your account remains active. Purged within 30 days upon a verified deletion request.
• Chat Logs and Deliverables: Retained for 90 days following the formal closure of a marketplace task.
• Financial & Ledger Records: Retained for a mandatory period of 7 fiscal years to comply with Indian regulations (anonymized following account closure).

6. Your Privacy Rights and Controls

You hold specific legal rights under frameworks like the Indian DPDP Act 2023 or GDPR, including the Right to Access, Right to Correction/Rectification, Right to Erasure (Deletion), and Right to Withdraw Consent.
